On Sunday November 5th, Halfway joined up with Atlantic Emergency Solutions and hosted a special demonstration at the Hagerstown Training Center. This demonstration was the use of the new Bridgehill Fire Blanket for use on Electric Vehicle Fires and the PVSTOP-Fire Retardant Solution for Solar Panels.

On October 13th, Engine 261 responded with a crew of 3 to assist on a personal injury accident on Interstate 70 east of the Clear Spring Exit. Units responded for an accident with reports of entrapments and fire.

A fire that destroyed a townhome off Robinwood Drive on Tuesday afternoon started in the attached garage, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office no injuries were reported in the blaze in the 11100 block of Jade Court.
