In March of 2022 Halfway signed the contract with Pierce Manufacturing for the purchase of a new Pierce Enforcer Pumper. On March 14, 2024, we received official word that the truck has hit the assembly line and production has begun.

On of January 9, 2024, Halfway responds on multiple calls while assisting on a working house fire.

On the morning of January 2, 2024, Halfway was alerted for a house fire with Hagerstown Fire Department. The call was located in the 1200 block of Wabash Avenue just west of the Hagerstown City Limits. Crew arrived to find a working fire.
