Halfway Teams-Up With Antietam Brewery For Fundraising Event

On September 2nd, Halfway was out at Antietam Brewery on Western Maryland Parkway for a Cornhole Tournament. We were blessed with great weather, and were happy to have 32 teams come out for our first event. We had a successful event between the tournament, tip jars, and silent raffles that day. Working with the staff at Antietam Brewery was awesome! They took care of us that day and donated %10 of their proceeds that day to our department! An amazing group to work with! We also were lucky enough to have a good crew from Mason Dixon Cornhole who took care of tracking our games and teams!

Congratulations to our winners from this year’s event! The winners in the Advanced Division were Denny Miller & Clayton Robertson in 1st, Britton Atkinson & Nathaniel Langley in 2nd, and Mike Dinges & Kenzie Beach in 3rd. The winners in our Social Division were Chris Lox & Randy Wyand in 1st, Dakota Brown & Lance Wenger in 2nd, and Jeff Dillow & Cody Johnson in 3rd. Thank you to all our participants who came out on Labor Day Weekend to participate. We hope you all had a great time, and we hope to see you all again next year!
