Halfway Responds To Vehicle Accident On Halfway Blvd

On the morning of February 23rd, Halfway was alerted to a motor vehicle collision involving a tractor trailer, Crews arrived and found a tractor trailer in the middle of the road and an SUV off the roadway with one occupant out of the vehicle. The SUV had significant front end damage from where it collided with the tractor trailer. EMS transported the patient from the SUV to Meritus Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported. With no hazards on the scene, Washington County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene and Halfway crews returned to service.
