The Volunteer Fire
Company of Halfway strives on roadway safety as well as general
firefighter safety. Halfway recently received grant money to
re-stripe the apparatus as you see in the photos below along with
purchasing new and up-to-date safety equipment such as vests and
larger road cones for on the apparatus.
Halfway is also a proud supporter of The
Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firemen's Association.
The CVVFA
holds yearly training courses on roadway safety. Be sure to visit
