The Volunteer Fire Company of Halfway was dispatched out a personal injury collision along with Maugansville Fire with reports of entrapments.  Crews arrived to find a vehicle on it's roof under the Interstate Bridge on the railroad tracks.  Once access was made it was found the driver was deceased.  It is unknown when the accident took place and Maryland State Police are still investigating the incident.
